With over 53,000 square feet of manufacturing area in Silicon Valley with multiple-class clean rooms for high purity assembly and field support, Wolfe Engineering has the resources and expertise to meet a broad range of manufacturing demands and quality requirements, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The class 100 clean room is mainly used for orbital welding, gas panel assembly, leak testing and packaging. The assembly clean room is class 10,000 and the ultrasonic wash clean room is class 1000 with 18 Meg Ohm pure de-ionized water systems.
The facility is plumbed with stainless steel gas lines for clean dry air, nitrogen, argon and argon/hydrogen mixed gas throughout the production area while using cryogenic bulk tanks for argon and nitrogen. Wolfe Engineering is utilizing oil free air compressors desiccant dryers. Besides the three clean rooms, the production facility includes a cryogenic area, a sheet metal department, a welding area, a machine shop, frame area, a deburr and grinding area, a tube bending and cutting area, quality control, incoming inspection, an assembly and integration area and shipping and receiving.
